À propos de moi

Through my method of coaching I teach the below principals and more to help people get the most out of their training and also life. Most of my training is body weight based allowing people to train in the comfort of their own home, business trips or on holidays because in today's world time for most is limited. I have some high profile clients who travel a lot for work and need to be able to train on the go either for triathlons, marathons, mental stress, to keep in shape or just because they have come to enjoy it as apart of their lifestyle. So its important to make their training adaptable to their environment. Passionate about people and unravelling the mechanics of the body and mind, it has become my lifes work to help others improve the quality of their lives. Redesigning yourself is a lifestyle change... be it losing weight, gaining muscle, nutrition, general improvement of health, career change even mental attitude... all require the same thing, education and practice. To do the same thing and expect a different result is never going to work. First lesson I teach my clients is it all starts in the mind, we make the decision we want to change, but why? how? where do we start? We start by understanding the nature of ourselves. Achieving GOALS requires RESULTS, requires ACTION, actions are driven by our FEELINGS, our feelings are driven by our THOUGHTS. Control the thoughts and we reach the goal. But how do we control our thoughts, where do our thoughts even come from and why is it that a single thought has the power to change everything?
