Description

This Full Body Flex program is designed to build and tone muscle over a 2-week period. You'll be committing to four workouts per week with only minimal equipment required; you'll need a pair of moderate to heavy dumbbells, a box or sturdy chair, and a mat for some of the floor work. These 20-minute full body workout sessions will help you feel strong and healthy, no matter what stage you're at in your fitness journey. Listen carefully to the audio cues as you make your way through each exercise in these workouts. Our expert coaches will help you focus on the targeted areas and instruct you on how to isolate the specific muscle groups that you're working on. Let's Flex it together!
