Heyy Idrizz bro..i meant no disrepect ..:). and really congratz to you on such a wonderful score..:)cuz i know how difficult that is..as i am myself stuck at around 80..and trying to increase the reps..:)...so i would like to know how long have you been practising these push ups..??..and any tips to increase my score ??..:):)..Thanks in advance man!! :)

I am practicing push ups 10 years.tips: eat a lot of fuits,vegetables,no meat only chicken,no junk food.i never go to gym only streetworkout.no bench only push ups,pull ups ;)

Many people use suplements for training(proteins...) for better results.for me that is unncessary.i smoke 20 cigarettes and drink 2 beers every day :-)

Beer has alot of calories. I know a guy with out a shred of body fat ripped as a bad report card who drinks a 6 pack before every workout . True story.

That's actually 20 push ups in one sitting. I can do more in between break, but I don't want to do more as I don't want my arms to look too masculine lol

200 push ups in the same workout. I divide them in 4 sets. My favourite workout is the spartan supreme.

I did 18 the other day, five 30 sec sets, 10 sec rests. A month ago I couldn't do even one. Now I need to focus on form, it's quite sloppy.

Consistency pays off. I did that 100 Push Ups a Day workout every day for a month? And then, because I was in the habit, i continued doing them for a month or two more. During that time, push-ups became a piece of cake!!

Everything takes time. There is no short cut. Short cuts (i.e. steroids) give you pretty muscles. Pretty muscles aren't worth sh*t!

I did 80 as a max in one set it's been a while since I checked my last. I remember doing 400 in a 2 hour workout with a lot of sets as I read somewhere that you should do them till you can't do even one, I was kinda stuck at 12 for every set so 400 was when I finally got fed up. Was yours in one straight set?

About a year ago I was able to do more than 100, but then I stopped working out for some time and now I'm down to 90. But last week I was able to do a one armed pull-up from hanging. 😼

And just to be clear we are talking about one set, right?
