I am practicing push ups 10 years.tips: eat a lot of fuits,vegetables,no meat only chicken,no junk food.i never go to gym only streetworkout.no bench only push ups,pull ups ;)
20 a year ago I can't even do one, so I think it's a big progress for me.
A little over 300 before I gassed out. Of course spread over 7 sets of 60 seconds.
I did 18 the other day, five 30 sec sets, 10 sec rests. A month ago I couldn't do even one. Now I need to focus on form, it's quite sloppy.

How can increase them in less time
I did 80 as a max in one set it's been a while since I checked my last. I remember doing 400 in a 2 hour workout with a lot of sets as I read somewhere that you should do them till you can't do even one, I was kinda stuck at 12 for every set so 400 was when I finally got fed up. Was yours in one straight set?
