Swings, back end splits, working on delaying my forward swing so the timing creates an effortless transition into the splits. Pullover shoot, working on not bending at the knees at all, and double swing with Emily awesome as always. Also did a swing to double backflip successfully, even though I thought holding the pike would be beyond my ab muscles... In fact it executed beautifully.
