This one will test your level of fitness performance! You will have 3 exercises that you will perform in circuit fashion. You will do the first do exercises for 8 reps a piece, and on the third exercise, you will complete for a MAX repetition until burnout. Once you’re burnt out, you will rest for 15-30 seconds and repeat until you reach 150 reps on the third exercise. You will keep the first two movements at 8 reps a piece. I know the workout setup says 5 rounds, but you complete as many rounds as possible until you reach 150 reps on push press!
