Stand on a treadmill. Set an incline and jogging pace that is comfortable for you. Try starting at 4% incline and 5.0 speed. Start jogging with a slight forward lean and your eyes forward. Aim for your stride to strike in the center of the foot then roll through to the ball of your foot. Your arms should be bent at your sides and relaxed as they swing.
