Description

Start standing with your feet together and arms down. Take 4 steps to complete a circle around yourself. The 4th step should end up with your feet together, knees bent, and both hands clasped at your right hip with elbows bent. Keep your hands clasped and create a big circle with them that goes around your head and returns to your right hip. Right when you begin that circle, your bent knees will pop open then close again once your hands reach your right hip again. From there step forward with your right leg as if someone pushed you from behind then rock back onto the left leg, bring in your right leg to meet it and clap.
